The information that relates to Mineral Resources for Ophthalmia (Table 5) is based on information compiled by Mr S Khosrowshahi and Mr A Zhang, and for Duck Creek is based on information compiled by Mr A Zhang.

Mr I Cooper is a Member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and a full-time employee (at the time) of Golder Associates Pty Ltd. Mr Cooper has sufficient experience in Ore Reserve estimation relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration to qualify as Competent Person as defined in the JORC Code 2012 edition.

Mr J Farrell is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and a full-time employee (at the time) of Golder Associates Pty Ltd, produced the Mineral Resource estimates for Marillana and Ophthalmia based on the data and geological interpretations provided by Brockman. Mr Farrell has sufficient experience that is relevant to the style of mineralisation, type of deposit under consideration and to the activity that he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the JORC Code 2012 edition.

Mr S Khosrowshahi is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and a full-time employee (at the time) of Golder Associates Pty Ltd, produced the Mineral Resource estimates for Marillana and Ophthalmia based on the data and geological interpretations provided by Brockman. Mr Farrell has sufficient experience that is relevant to the style of mineralisation, type of deposit under consideration and to the activity that he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the JORC Code 2012 edition.

Mr A Zhang is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and a full-time employee of Brockman Mining Australia Pty Ltd. Mr Zhang provided the geological interpretations and the drill hole data used for the Mineral Resource estimations at Marillana and Ophthalmia. He produced the Mineral Resource estimate for Duck Creek based on data and geological compilation by Brockman. Mr Zhang has sufficient experience that is relevant to the style of mineralisation, type of deposit under consideration and to the activity that he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the JORC Code 2012 edition.
